12) Set up HubSpot CRM
Hubspot is a customer relationship management (CRM) software that provides a multitude of tools and insights to help you to capture leads, accelerate sales, organise contacts and generally serve your customers better. Their mission statement provides a good insight into what HubSpot is all about:
